Saturday, Jan 15 (Registered participants only):

| 9.30am | Welcome presentation |
| 10am | Buiid-in-the-bag competition |
| 11am | Timed Sort/Speed Build 1 Brikwars Battle |
| 12.30pm | Lunch break |
| 1.30pm | Auction |
| 2.30pm | Timed Sort/Speed Build 2 |
| 3.30pm | Special Presentation by LEGO Community Overseer, Jim Foulds |
| 4.30pm | Presentations and group photo |
| 5pm | Clean up displays & dinner |
| 6.30pm | Dirty Brickster |
Sunday, Jan 16 (Public day):
| 9am - 10am | Tidying displays & final setup | |
| 10am | Display open to the public | |
| 1pm | Brikwars demonstration game | |
| 5pm | Public display closes & pack up starts | |
